Update Cart Quantity: Enter the desired quantity for each product
and click on the update button. To delete an item from your cart just
enter as quantity "0" and click on the update button.
Gift Wrapping:
Add one gift wrapping box for each gift. Then please be sure to give instructions if you have more than one gift in your cart. If you want several items wrapped together as one gift, add one gift wrapping item to your cart. To add a personalized message for your gift, please write the details on the comment
box provided during check out or email us at
sales@lucuma.com with your instructions
and we will take care of it.
Out of stock items:
Our handmade gifts may sell faster than we can stock them. You pay now only for what we can ship,
and we will let you know when the rest may be available. In order to be sure that you do indeed want
to wait for the out of stock items and that you understand that shipping charges
will apply at the time those items ship, we need your confirmation that you want us to ship when the
items you chose become available. Once we have your approval, we will ship backorders immediately upon arrival
for up to eight weeks and charge you at that time. After eight weeks, we will notify you of the
expected delivery date and ask you to either extend or cancel the order at that time. At any time
prior to shipment you may change the backorder, substitute similar items or cancel.
Note that large or special orders have different terms. Please inquire.
