30 day returns and 1 Year Exchanges on Almost Everything!
At Lucuma Designs, we want your store to succeed with just the right mix and to stand out by offering uniqueness and originality. And as we back the quality of our handcrafted products 100%, if you ever find yourself with a selection that does not move well, feel free to exchange it within one year for a fresh assortment! Please read below as some restrictions may apply.
- To qualify, products purchased within one year should be returned in new and sellable condition including all original tags. Lucuma Designs reserves the right to inspect or reject any exchange.
- An exchange credit equivalent to the lowest of purchase price or current sale value, will be issued for qualifying products returned after the normal 30 Day Return period to be redeemed for merchandise only (exchange credit has no cash value and cannot be applied to past invoices).
- Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs back and forth. To avoid extra shipping costs, consider combining an exchange with a future order.
- The Lucuma Fresh Look GuaranteeTM excludes some holiday or seasonal items, discontinued products, custom designs and made-to-order products including those requiring prepayment or items produced just for you in large quantities.
- To find out if a product is regularly eligible for an exchange, please check the product web page or email us. Lucuma Designs reserves the right to review and update this policy at any time without notice.
Payment
Visa-MC-Amex, check, money orders, bank transfer or COD. We reserve the right
to request a money order or cashier's check on first time COD orders. There
will be a $20 fee on all returned checks.
Terms
Net 30 days upon approved credit for reorders only. Late charge 2% monthly fee.
A 2% credit card late processing fee will be added to total when charging an
amount due with a card after 5 days from invoice date. If

Delivery
We carry most products in stock and orders are usually shipped within 3
business days. Made to order items may require 2-8 weeks depending on the line
and quantities. S&H and insurance are calculated during processing. Continental
US orders ship normally by UPS ground. Express available by request. For
Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international orders we may use the US
Postal Service. We reserve the right to select the most convenient carrier.

Returns - 30 Days
If for any reason you need to return an item (aside from damage: see below), please do so within
30 days of receiving it. After the 30-day period our exchange program
applies and refunds are not available. Please pack your returns carefully
as refunds will not be honored if products arrived damaged. Custom orders and
special order quantities are

Report Damaged Goods within 5 Days
If a product arrives damaged, save all the packaging and contact us within 5
days of receiving your order so we can assist you in filing a claim with the
corresponding carrier. Damage claims will not be accepted after this period. UPS
may request to see the original packaging, so please save it.
Back Orders
Out of stock items will be back ordered when the amount exceeds $50 unless you
specify otherwise. All back orders are processed as new orders and
corresponding shipping charges will apply. Sale prices apply to in stock items only.
Sales and Specials
Sale prices and discounts shown on this website apply to orders placed online
only unless we specify otherwise. If you need to place your order by fax or
phone, please make sure to mention the discount you saw online so we can honor
it.
Handmade
Talented artists make each of Lucuma Designs' products by hand, one at a time,
every time. We encourage them to be as creative as possible to bring the most
original products to customers like you. Our website shows the variety you can
expect, but please ask if you require any additional information or specific
product photos as we will be happy to email you as needed.
Web Store Policy
Product exclusivity is important to our specialty wholesale clients and we
do our best to protect it. We request your cooperation on limiting the web
exposure for our lines so your customers can enjoy them
up close and touch them. We are unable at this moment to support online
stores with wholesale pricing or drop shipping. If your store has also a
website, we ask you not to post our products online. Thank you for your

Special & Custom Made Orders
For products made to your specifications or when ordering in quantities larger
that we normally carry in stock, we will request a 50% non-refundable deposit
with your order.
Product Development
Making new and innovative products is our specialty, as Lucuma Designs’
exclusive handcrafted gifts are designed and handmade as a collaborative effort
between our designers and artists. This close collaboration allows us to offer
you customized handcrafts that meet your needs in very reasonable quantities.
Just imagine the possibilities! If you need a handmade product with your
design, name, or in special size and color, just ask and with no obligation, we
will work with you to explore the options.
Prices
Price are FOB Sarasota, FL, USA, in US Dollars and are subject to change
without notice.
Resale Tax ID
Please submit a copy of your resale tax ID by fax or mail with your first
order.
