Knitter Update May 2016
From Puno we happily introduce two children: Royce Leyton Pari Guillermo, son of Hector and Aida Pari and Mathias Yurima Apaza Pari, son of Nancy Pari. Another knitter, Lino Huamani, recently ended a campaign to enter congress. We’re rather proud that by organizing women all around Puno, Lino has empowered himself to try to enter politics at the local level. Next week a team from Lucuma’s Peruvian office will be visiting Puno to check in on life there.
